Since https://gitlab.science.ru.nl/clean-and-itasks/clean-platform/-/merge_requests/387, the ABC optimizer must be able to handle overflowing integers on 32-bit systems. These integers should probably be represented as a simple String.
Add more serialization tests.
Add Windows job.
