Upload beaker logs as an artifact on the test stage.

Call cki.beaker_tools.download_logs to get the logs from the tests just run. Read rc file and download the logs according to the recipesets.

The testing pipeline failed because of an infrastructure problem, but I retried it and it's green now.

The code-issue: following keys are not part of the datastructure (StateData) definition: test_tasks_path error is because the pipeline is old. The key was merged in datadefinition!16 (merged)
