Set KPET to invalid defaults.

Michael Hofmann requested to merge mh21/pipeline-definition:invalid-defaults-kpet-vars into master

If kpet is run directly, it uses the working defaults from kpet-db. When run in the pipeline, it uses the non-working defaults from the pipeline code if not overridden. When everything is correctly set up, those will be overridden in pipeline-data for all the pipelines where this is needed. If it is not correctly set up, Beaker will return "No distro tree matches Recipe" for an invalid distro_name.
