Include more information about lintlog, selftests results and log into rc file

• the datawarehouse hardcodes the lint filename, but currently cannot get the filename from the rc for successful lint jobs; this is already done for the buildlogs and the mergelog
• add fields for selftests_buildlog and selftests_file to match the other rc fields
