merge: do not store srpm build duration

This was a gross hack carried over from rcfile times.

The old duration was srpm+rpm build time. This goes against the kcidb split into checkout and builds. If srpm build duration needs to be tracked, this should be done on the checkouts. But then I don't think anybody actually cares.
