Enable aarch64 debug kernel build and test
requested to merge bkhomuts/cki-pipeline-definition:enable-aarch64-build-and-test-for-automotive into main
This change sets debug_architectures value, which will enable build and testing of kernel-automotive for x86_64 and aarch64.
