Ensure all tests have results after finishing testing

Iñaki Malerba requested to merge inakimalerba/pipeline-definition:skip-missing-after-tests into main

In order to avoid blocking all the stages after the pipeline, make sure not run tests have a SKIP status set.

Include error message and extra flag to find them later.
