Provide artifact locations to upt

Michael Hofmann requested to merge mh21/pipeline-definition:provide-artifact-locations-to-upt into main

Up to now, upt had its own ideas where to find artifacts. Provide that information from the pipeline so the locations are also valid for S3 artifacts.
