Support a simpler bucket spec format

Support a more natural https://endpoint.url/bucket/prefix/ format.

  • only path-style access is supported, which is compatible with both Minio/Ceph and AWS S3
  • environment variable names for access key ID and secret access key are directly derived from the bucket name
