Add support for s3 with kernel coverage

Builds with x86_64 architectures need to use S3 buckets to storage the artifact. We have 1GB limitation in gitlab, and the kernel build for that architectures exceeds the limit.

The coverage result has several files and folders and it reaches the job output limit. For that reason, we're only showing error for directories upload/download.
