The source project of this merge request has been removed.
UPT: fix execution flow
Currently, if testing fails (restraint runner exits with non-zero retcode), the pipeline is exited too soon and tests are not collected using cki.kcidb.adjust_dumpfiles. Fix this and prepare to move the collect code to UPT itself.
