Skip trace packages in createrepo

Veronika Kabátová requested to merge veruu/pipeline-definition:realtime into main 
These are specific to RHEL7 realtime kernels and were already disabled
for the regular pipelines. The maintainers don't see any value in
building and testing them so we can skip them here too. The packages
only take up space otherwise, and push us over the artifact size limit.

We don't need to add this change to the debug testing branch nor to copr
as the combination of these kernels with that environment is not
supported.
