The source project of this merge request has been removed.
setup stage: reset kcidb_artifacts var
In all other relevant stages, kcidb_artifacts is overwritten to be accurate. However, in setup stage, we can end-up with kcidb_artifacts containing dumpfiles names that don't exist. Attempting to load them create an extra complexity/corner case that we shouldn't handle in DW submitter, but here.
