The source project of this merge request has been removed.
test stage: don't print rc file content
Right now, developers usually have to open Gitlab job trace. The rc file contains a lot of stuff, which is printed and is confusing. While it's useful for debugging, we could just print a link to s3 storage. For now, remove rc file printing from test stage.
