run: Keep Scene's triggered/targeted tests/sources

Nikolai Kondrashov requested to merge spbnick/kpet:keep_scene_tests_and_sources into main

Do not modify the Scene's triggered/targeted tests/sources, when merging them in Scenario. Copy the corresponding sets before taking ownership. Otherwise the first sets we get will be corrupted.

We don't seem to use them outside of that, so the bug had no impact, but should be fixed.
