jira: rename JIssue object to RHIssue

Jarod Wilson requested to merge jwilsonrh/kernel-webhooks:rename-jissue-to-rhissue into main

Having both jira Issue and our own JIssue objects is confusing, especially with the .ji field in JIssue referencing a jira Issue. Let's rename it to reduce the amount of induced confusion.
