fedora-5.11: Fix i915 display-link training issues in 5.11

There have been quite a few reports of display-link training issues in 5.11 causing external monitors connected to Thunderbolt and other DP-MST / Type-C docks not longer working with any of the Fedora 5.11 kernels, see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1879442

The upstream i915 drivers have provided a couple of patches fixing this and testing with a scratch-build confirms this.
