Backport SoundWire/ASoC SOF changes from linux-next-20200929

We have already available soundwire hardware on the market, so we should start to test the upstream changes. The initial upstream kernel which will support this hardware is 5.10. The aim of this patchset is to enable the audio drivers for this hardware sooner.

Note: The root commit is c9c9e6a4 (5.9-rc5+). Perhaps, the upstream sync is not preferred for ark-patches.
