[redhat] New DWC3 and MIPI USB related configs

ARK just merged:

Commit: e0b6dc00c701 (usb: dwc3: add generic driver to support flattened)
Commit: 121a0f839dbb (usb: misc: Add Intel USBIO bridge driver)

Thus, this MR addresses DWC3 Generic Platform Driver and Intel USBIO Bridge support config options updates. Furthermore, since the latter is directly involved in MIPI camera support, OmniVision OV08X40 camera driver for RHEL is also being updated here.
