Add MIPI camera support for Meteor, Lunar and Arrow Lake laptops

Until now MIPI cameras on Meteor, Lunar and Arrow Lake laptops have not been supported, mainly because of lack of USBIO drivers. This merge-requests backports the following changes, which are all in linux-next to 6.17 which together enable most MIPI cameras on these laptop generations:

  • INT3472 3 patches adding 45 ms delay to ov08x40 handshake
  • ACPI: scan: Add Intel CVS ACPI HIDs to acpi_ignore_dep_ids[]
  • media: ov08x40: Fix the horizontal flip control
  • USBIO drivers

This resolves the following Fedora bugzillas:

  • 2333299 - USBIO / Lattice MIPI Aggregator support for Fedora
  • 2333331 - IPU6 camera on HP Spectre x360 14-eu0xxx / Spectre 16 MeteorLake with ov08x40 not working
  • 2333387 - IPU6 camera on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12 not working - requires USBIO
