redhat: generalize rule for kunit and test kmod placement

Create a general rule that puts kunit and test related kmods to modules-internal. This additionally also moves following modules to modules-internal package: efi_test.ko ohci-serdes-test.ko raid6test.ko scsi_proto_test snd-pcmtest.ko uapi-test.ko
