drop %{_datadir}/perf-core/* from kernel.spec

This change will be required to avoid a build error once 3cc550f5 ("perf tools: Remove dependency on libaudit")[1] is mainlined during the ongoing merge window (it thus right now will likely fail). I noticed this is needed in my daily -next builds for Fedora (https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/kernel-vanilla/next/ ).
