redhat/configs: automotive: Disable wireless network and it's dependencies

Upstream Status: RHEL only

Disable the wireless network including the Generic IEEE 802.11 Networking Stack (mac80211) and all their related dependencies

This is needed to satisfy a requirement of FuSa efforts for RHIVOS.
