[redhat] enable CONFIG_SND_SOC_RT1320_SDW as a module for x86

configs/os-build/ptalbert/sount/soc/SND_SOC_RT1320_SDW into os-build

SND_SOC_RT1320_SDW is selected by SND_SOC_INTEL_SOUNDWIRE_SOF_MACH which is enabled as a module for x86.
