redhat: configs: rhel: generic: x86: Enable IPU6 based MIPI cameras

This work enabled the Intel IPU6 MIPI camera and the scope includes:

1. IPU6 supported sensors.
2. Intel IPU6 and VSC.
3. Intel LJCA.
4. The regulator subsystem.
5. INT3472.
6. Udmabuf for software ISP.
