Flip SND_SOC_CS35L56_SPI from off to module for RHEL

Justin M. Forbes requested to merge jmflinuxtx/kernel-ark:SND_SOC_CS35L56_SPI into os-build

Upstream commit b831b4dc makes SND_SOC_INTEL_SOUNDWIRE_SOF_MACH select SND_SOC_CS35L56_SPI, this creates a mismatch, and invalid configuration because we had it set to off for RHEL. This MR just turns it on for x86 to meet the dependencies.
