[redhat] New configs in arch/x86

Paolo Bonzini requested to merge bonzini/linux-ark:config-kvm-6.8 into os-build 
Manual review of the new KVM-related options under arch/x86.

CONFIG_KVM_HYPERV is set, which is the default value.

CONFIG_KVM_SW_PROTECTED_VM is set in order to enable related kernel selftests
and match RHEL (which already had the value).
