Another round of sound configuration cleanups for the ARK/RHEL kernel to make compareconfigs CI tool happy.

  Remove rhel/generic:CONFIG_SND_HDA_CTL_DEV_ID=n

  Remove rhel/generic:CONFIG_SND_SOC_CS35L56_SDW=n
  Remove rhel/generic:CONFIG_SND_SOC_CS35L56_SPI=n
  Remove rhel/generic:CONFIG_SND_SOC_MAX98363=n
  Remove rhel/generic:CONFIG_SND_SOC_RT712_SDCA_DMIC_SDW=n

  Remove rhel/generic:CONFIG_SOUNDWIRE_AMD=n
