Ignore, headed upstream

Justin M. Forbes requested to merge jmflinuxtx/kernel-ark:6.4_ppc_buildfix into os-build

This reverts commit 322458c2 "drm/ttm: Reduce the number of used allocation orders for TTM pages". This revert is headed upstream, but ppc will not build without it, so I am adding as "include in release" until it lands.
