Adjust path to compressed vmlinux kernel image for s390x

Justin M. Forbes requested to merge jmflinuxtx/kernel-ark:s390_compressed into os-build

commit edd4a866 moved the location of the compressed vmlinux file from arch/s390/boot/compressed/vmlinux to arch/s390/boot/vmlinux and packaging needs to be updated accordingly.
