Enable KUNIT tests for testing
Some tests were accidently disabled: BITFIELD,CMDLINE,LINEAR_RANGES. Enable these tests, and add all the missing tests into the modules-internal package.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
