Enable KUNIT tests for redhat kernel-modules-internal

npache/kernel-ark:kunit-ark into os-build

This commit will enable KUNIT tests to be compiled as modules and packaged into the kernel-modules-internal package.

I tested this by doing a modprobe for all available tests on x86 after installing the kernel-modules-internal package. No tests showed failures.
