Cleanup Intel PMT configuration

Enable Intel PMT for x86. Move the related files which were errantly added to redhat/configs/generic/x86_64 to the correct location. Delete the Fedora files which are no longer necessary and work around the fact that MFD_INTEL_PMT is not dependent on X86 as it should be.
