increase CONFIG_NODES_SHIFT for aarch64

Ampere has requested that CONFIG_NODES_SHIFT be increased to allow for a larger number of nodes on future platforms. Increase from 4 to 6 to allow for up to 32 nodes. Signed-off-by: Chris von Recklinghausen crecklin@redhat.com
