Allow for dist- commands

kernel-ark merge request 354 [1] changes the all rh[g]-* targets to dist[g]-* targets. When testing the patch CI will fail due to a lack of a rh-srpm target.

Allow for both rh-srpm and dist-srpm. A follow-on patch will remove the rh-srpm target completely.
