orphaned EC2 machine hunter

Michael Hofmann requested to merge mh21/cki-tools:orphaned-ec2-machine-hunter into main

If anything goes wrong, gitlab-runner loses track of machines, As those machines are sometimes not even tagged, rely on the SSH key name used during provisioning.
