Enable nested pipeline and prepare KCIDB_STATUS_CHOICES

Tales da Aparecida requested to merge tales-aparecida-cki-forks/cki-lib:add-miss-kcidb_status_choices into main

KCIDB and KCIDB-io will be updated through tags in the mirrored repos, we need to enable cki-lib-and-beyond testing.
