Problems with the iwg20m health check when the VM's host is Windows 10
Issue Background
The b@d vm provisions successfully but the vm cannot connect to the board via telnet and the USB connection
Issue description
I get connection refused. If I swap the cable to use the BBB it works successfully.
Also when I restart the VM - it fails with the following messages
There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below. Command: ["startvm", "10a5a721-3151-40a7-b326-986a699936b1", "--type", "headless"] Stderr: VBoxManage.exe: error: The machine 'board-at-desk-single-dev_default_1528978271246_613' is already locked by a session (or being locked or unlocked) VBoxManage.exe: error: Details: code VBOX_E_INVALID_OBJECT_STATE (0x80bb0007), component MachineWrap, interface IMachine, callee IUnknown VBoxManage.exe: error: Context: "LaunchVMProcess(a->session, sessionType.raw(), env.raw(), progress.asOutParam())" at line 590 of file VBoxManageMisc.cpp
Is vagrant halt not successfully completing?
