Board @ Desk - Single developer beta release

Issue description

Release of the beta version of the implementation of kernelci environment for the Board @ Desk - Single Developer use case. The following activities will be achieved

• VMs beta images published.
• Deployment guide published in the wiki and linked in the download page
• How to published on the wiki
• Release announcement published on the wiki and on the mailing list
• Feature page describing what has been released
• CIP testing FAQ.

• Link to the wiki version of the release announcement. No wiki version for the release, announced just by mail.
