Download infrastructure for CIP

Issue Background

The image that should be published as testing VM will be about 6 Gb. Since we will also have to publish the metadata and artifacts associated with the VM image, a conservative request will be 10 Gb. of space where to publish the images that can be downloaded.

Issue description

• Inform Members about this need.
• Evaluate where to get it, either through Gitlab.com or the Linux Foundation
