lava_templates: Add templates for openblocks iot vx2 (!69) · Merge requests · cip-project / cip-testing / linux-cip-ci

This adds an Action and Boot template to support OpenBlocks-IoT VX2. These templates are used as a symbolic link for boot_oe_x86.yaml. The root file image uses the image of simatic-ipc227e.
