Upgrade to latest upstream lava-docker

We've fallen behind a bit, so this is a fairly large MR to catch us up.

I've created individual merge patches to pull in each upstream pull request. Everything merged cleanly.

This may seem a little strange but the only other option I could think of would be a complete rebase - resulting in re-writing the whole history and force-pushing. This would lose track of CIP specific MRs so I didn't go down this route.

Happy for someone to argue otherwise!

This MR has been tested on our staging instance (master & lab-cip-chris & lab-cip-renesas) and it seems to be okay. https://lava-staging.ciplatform.org/scheduler/allworkers
