The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Include X.Y versioned patches and other fixes
Include X.Y version patches. This also includes stable patch review series from the stable maintainers.
Other fixes include getting rid of unwanted messages from grep, and dealing with UTF-8 encoding issues when running with non-UTF-8 locales.
Also the prefix pattern is now matched case-insensitive, to include patches with "[patch" prefixes or other case irregularities.
