Tests and updates for issues found by bobfuzzer
Add test scripts for issues found by bobfuzzer, using the proofs-of-concept they published.
Update information about two of the issues, based on testing with these.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
