Add various deprecated linux-stable and aosp branches
This adds the following (once import scripts are run):
- 456 aosp/3.18 and 58 stable/3.18 commits
- 57 aosp/3.10 and 2 stable/3.10 commits
- 11 aosp/4.3 and 3 stable/3.4 commits
- 5 aosp/3.0 and 3 stable/3.0 commits
It also includes a fix to ensure data imported matches the correct block formatting (yaml flow style).
