Remove am335x power management firmware

We want to avoid re-distributing firmware when using GPL unfriendly licences.

Stripping CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE="am335x-pm-firmware.bin" where used.

The relevant sources files will probably also need to be updated, but I haven't done this.
