Move Siemens i386-rt configurations under -rt subdirectories

Ben Hutchings requested to merge bwh/fix-siemens-rt into master

These configurations are for the linux-4.4.y-cip-rt and linux-4.19.y-cip-rt branches. Move them and regenerate the source lists using the correct branches.
