6.1.y-cip/6.12.y-cip:arm64: renesas_defconfig: Enable RZ/V2N, RZ/T2H and RZ/N2H SoCs

Enable support for the below Renesas SoCs in the renesas_defconfig

  • RZ/V2N (R9A09G056)
  • RZ/T2H (R9A09G077)
  • RZ/N2H (R9A09G087)

The RZ/V2N SoC support has already been backported to the 6.1.y-cip and 6.12.y-cip kernel branches. RZ/T2H and RZ/N2H SoCs are only meant to be backported for v6.12-cip and the initial support is already backported for it.
