Add missing CONFIG_VIRTIO_INPUT for the QEMU KEYBOARD

This allows to use the keyboard in QEMU with the new virtio input driver.

The default state of CONFIG_VIRTIO_INPUT is disabled, therefore the merge script did not include it in the merged config.
