renaming module, moving to cinc branding

This moves the module from the github space into the gitlab spaces.

I can not regenerate the branding until the new JSON file is located in master or we find somewhere outside the repo (I don't believe that this is needed).

Once this is merged, I will create a new MR that will go generate the content for the module. We will run our dist code out of a new directory called dist as I do not want them to be bound with distgen.
